Where do I start?
- Read our Online
Affiliate Program agreement.
- Begin sign up
by
- Complete the
Affiliate Program application.
- Respond to your
confirmation email.
- Receive
notification from our webmaster that your new affiliate account has been
activated.
- Login to the
Affiliate Resource Center and visit links page for complete instructions about adding
links or banners to your web site pages.
How does the High
Roll Dice Online Affiliate Program work?
Your confirmation email provides you with access to our Affiliate Resource Center where you obtain
the HTML code for inserting special links on your site. Affiliate links generate a unique URL each
time they are clicked that associate the user with your website and tell us which link they used.
When a user makes a purchase on our site, we track and record this sale and credit the transaction
to your affiliate program account. Each month, we'll send you a commission check ($50 minimum)
based on the sales you referred to our site.
How much will I make and when
will I get paid?
We will pay you a sales commission based on the net sales amount of each order placed by referred
customers linked from your site. Net sales include the actual price paid by the customer less any
shipping charges, tax, service fees, etc. The current commission rate is $8 per unit sold to
customers. We reserve the right to
specifically exclude from the affiliate program particular items at our discretion.
You will be paid monthly approximately 15
days after the end of each calendar month. If your total accrued commission is less than $50, the
amount will be carried over to the next month.
Why do I have to provide a Taxpayer Identification
Number?
For Affiliates located in the United States, the US Internal Revenue Service requires that we have
an IRS Form W-9 on file. To avoid delays to your commission payments, you can download an IRS
provided W-9 Form in Portable Document Format (PDF).
You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this file. (If you do not have a copy of the
Adobe Acrobat Reader)
Please print the form and complete all information according to the IRS instructions on page 2 of
the form. Once the form has been completed, mail to:

Do I need a website
to join your program?
You do not need a web site to join our program. However, you can only generate commissions from
customers that have been referred to us through one of our special links. If you do not have a web
site you could, for example, still refer users by inserting text-based links into an e-zine or
email-based newsletter. Note, however, that Four Hearts, LLC cannot condone the use of our links in
any spam or unauthorized mass mailings. Failure to comply with this rule will result in account
termination.
Can I join if I live
outside the United States?
You may participate in the Affiliate Program if you live outside the United States.
However, Four Hearts,LLC does not ship to customers outside of the United States and
Canada on the Affiliate Program at this time. All commissions will be paid by check or Paypal in
U.S. dollars.
Can I register more
than one site?
Your commissions are based on the unique URL used in links from your site. You can insert these
links on as many sites as you want and receive full credit to your account.
Do you have content
restrictions on my web site?
We welcome web sites of all types. The only requirements are that your web site must NOT: violate
intellectual property rights; use our links in any spam or unauthorized mass mailings; promote
sexually explicit material, violence, or illegal activities; promote or display practices, images,
or policies that abuse or mistreat animals or depict such abusive practices or mistreatment;
practice or advocate discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual
orientation, or age; or engage in any other activity that in our opinion may cast any Four Hearts,
LLC or High Roll Dice web site in a negative light. Four Hearts, LLC reserves the right
to de-activate any affiliate account violating our usage policies without notice.
How do I find out
the status of my account?
You will receive a user name and password to the Affiliate Resource Center to view the status of
orders credited to your account. You can also find information about the performance of your links
and web pages. All statistics related to your account are updated in real-time.
Where do I get the
links for my website?
Go to the Affiliate Resource Center to get link text and images. The link manager will let you
browse through available links based on link type (text, static image, or animated image). Once you
find a link you want to use, you can just copy and paste the HTML code for the link directly into
your web page.
Will you help me
with my site?
Four Hearts, LLC will be pleased to give recommendations, instructions, or suggestions for making
the Online Affiliate Program work for you. Please contact the Affiliate Webmaster by
